Marquee wedding Perth

After a fun engagement photography session with Meagan and Vincent I knew their wedding was going to be perfect. And it absolutely was!

With Vincent’s Malaysian heritage they wanted to incorporate a traditional tea ceremony with all the immediate family. So lucky Meagan got to have two wedding day dresses! After the Tea ceremony, they had lunch and Meagan and Vincent parted ways for her to get dressed in her western dress.

We arranged a ‘first look’ at Hyde Park, in North Perth, for Vincent to see Meagan in her stunning white dress and got the bridal party shoot done at the same time.  Even though they had only parted ways an hour beforehand it was such a beautiful moment watch. These two are so clearly perfect for each other in every way!

The wedding ceremony was held at Tomato Lake Reserve in Kewdale, and with their closest friends and family watching, they got officially married by the wonderful celebrant Graham Lambert.

The reception started soon after- the most amazing backyard marquee wedding I have seen! Meagan and her family had thought of every last detail to make their wedding everything she had imagined- doing most aspects of the decorations including all the flowers!! Talk about amazing!

The dance floor was every wedding photographers dream, such beautiful ambient light! And their first dance was further personalised with Meagan’s sister singing and playing ukulele- so sweet!
