The Flour Factory wedding | Julia & Didier

Modern wedding | The Flour Factory wedding

What I absolutely loved about Julia and Didier’s wedding was they threw out the old traditions wedding book and made their day exactly how they wanted it.

They started the afternoon getting ready together, we then arrived to their beautiful venue ‘The flour factory’ a little early to take some bridal portraits of the two of them, before their family arrived to do family photos (yes all before the ceremony!).

After the family photos were done they enjoyed a drink downstairs with their friends and family before they came up to welcome everyone to their ceremony hand in hand, no walking down the aisle for Julia. I do feel this is a terrifying tradition for a lot of brides (and i’ve infact heard this as a reason why people don’t even want to get married!) so to take out any parts that didn’t feel good I certainly commend!

The ceremony started just after dark, with the lovely Kristy Wright at the helm. And straight after the ceremony the couple could relax and enjoy the evening with their guests.

The styling was out of this world, and every single vendor amazing-not a detail was forgotten about- so much so this wedding was featured over on Polkadot bride.
